Harris Corners Office Park is comprised of three class A office buildings built between 2000 and 2006 within a 75-acre park that were 88% occupied at acquisition.  The buildings are located north of downtown Charlotte at the interchange of I-77 and WT Harris Boulevard with close proximity to hotel, retail and recreational facilities locatedwithin the 75-acre park and in the adjacent Northlakes Mall.  The buildings offer stable cash flow with 40% of their tenancy being investment grade and lease expirations being fairly evenly spread out over the investment period.  These buildings occupy a dominant position in their submarket due to their location and quality.  The strategy for these buildings is to maintain occupancy and provide the fund with a source of stable cash flow for many years to come.
