This former manufacturing building was purchased from Wiremold Corp., which vacated the facility in December 2005. The property was ideal for single-tenant industrial uses but also offered the flexibility of conversion to R&D or office use.

New Boston performed cosmetic upgrades to the site and launched a marketing campaign that culminated in the signing of a full-building, 15-year lease with the Connecticut Lottery Corporation.  The building has undergone a $7M renovation and has been transformed into a first-class office and distribution facility for the Lottery's headquarters.  Renovations included the conversion of 45,000 SF of the manufacturing facility into office space, an expansion of the parking lot, new exterior windows, and reconfiguration of the warehouse space.
