The investment involves building a new, four-story, 248-unit apartment complex which is the residential component of a larger urban redevelopment project. The Wyomissing Square redevelopment also includes 31,000 SF of retail, 60,000 SF of office, a 135-room Marriott Courtyard hotel. Our joint venture partner is the Bozzuto Group, a premier multi-family development organization who is master developer and contractor for the overall project.

The project has limited competition as all existing apartment stock is over 5 years old. Wyomissing is a small, well-maintained town at the crossroads of Interstates 422 and 222 in Eastern Pennsylvania. It is approximately 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia and immediately adjacent to Reading, PA. The 13-acre infill site is the western terminus of the Penn Avenue corridor, which is the “Main Street” connecting Wyomissing and Reading, and is less than a mile from Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
