Located on Lafayette Street between the Federal Courthouse and a retail strip center, the site is only a few blocks from downtown Bridgeport, which is being transformed by $2 billion in public, private and non-profit development planned over the next five years. Developer E/N properties has rehabbed more than 200 single family homes since 1996 in the tri-state area, and recently completed construction on a 10,000 SF office building in downtown Bridgeport.
